At Dragonfly Lawn & Landscape, we believe in clear communication, professional standards, and consistent care. The following policies help ensure quality results and smooth service for every property we maintain.
Pricing & Estimates
• Prices include materials and labor based on property conditions observed at the time of estimate.
• Pricing may adjust if lawn size, site conditions, or requested services differ from what was originally observed.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days.
• Estimates reflect pricing per service or program and do not constitute an annual contract unless otherwise specified.
Service Results & Expectations
• All services are performed according to professional best practices and seasonal timing.
• Lawn health results may vary due to weather conditions, irrigation practices, soil composition, mowing habits, and other environmental factors beyond our control.
• No lawn care provider can guarantee specific outcomes due to these natural variables.
Lawn Care Program Expectations
• Customer is responsible for proper watering following applications as recommended.
• Consistent mowing at appropriate height is important for optimal results.
• Visible improvement is typically progressive over the course of the season, not immediate.
Mosquito & Tick Treatment Policies
• Mosquito and tick treatments significantly reduce pest activity but do not eliminate all insects.
• Effectiveness may vary based on rainfall, irrigation, property conditions, surrounding wooded areas, and neighboring untreated properties.
• Heavy rain or irrigation shortly after treatment may reduce residual effectiveness.
• Seasonal programs provide better results than one-time applications.
• Service Commitment : This is a mosquito and tick reduction plan. This program is designed to help reduce mosquito populations. Dragonfly Lawn & Landscape cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all mosquitoes and ticks from your property, nor can any other mosquito control company, but we do guarantee a dramatic reduction in said pests
Aeration & Overseeding Expectations
• Core aeration removes small soil plugs that will naturally break down within 1–3 weeks.
• Proper marking of underground systems helps ensure safe and efficient service.•
• Dragonfly Lawn & Landscape cannot be held liable for damage to underground systems that were not disclosed or properly marked prior to service.
• Overseeding results depend on proper watering and soil conditions.
• Germination timelines vary based on seed type and weather conditions.
• Newly seeded areas require consistent moisture for successful establishment.
• Some thinning may still occur in high-traffic or heavily shaded areas.
Property Access & Preparation
• Gates must be unlocked and pets secured at the time of service.
• Toys, furniture, and debris should be removed from treatment areas.
• Failure to provide access may result in service rescheduling.
Landscaping & Planting Services
• Plant health and survival depend on proper watering and ongoing care after installation.
• Dragonfly Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for plant loss due to improper watering, extreme weather, wildlife damage, soil conditions, or factors beyond our control.
• Customer is responsible for identifying and marking underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fences, and other hidden obstacles prior to service.
• Materials such as mulch, stone, or soil may vary slightly in color or texture due to natural sourcing.
• Weather conditions may delay installation timelines.
Billing & Payment
• Services are invoiced upon completion of each visit.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional services not listed in the approved estimate will be quoted separately.
